When will I receive my order?
Cookies are posted the same day that they are baked for optimal gooeyness! We bake on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and are posted with Royal Mail 24 tracked, for next day delivery. Although next day delivery isn't guaranteed, it should arrive the next day.
How much does postage cost?
Postage is £5.00
Can I choose my own box of cookies?
We have 5 flavours which change monthly, if you choose the Custom Box then you can choose how many cookies you'd like, and then the quantity of each flavour!
I'd like to order as a future gift, can I arrange a specific date for delivery?
Yes! You can email: thecookiepost.uk@gmail.com to arrange delivery for a specific day.
How long will the cookies last?
Although our cookies don't usually hang around for long, in an air tight container, they will last for 5 days
Do I need to heat up the cookies?
Our cookies are delicious as they are, however if you like your cookies warm and gooey, we recommend microwaving for 10-15 seconds!
